"Inspection was being performed for a rental property...was trying to take care of my tenants quickly and find a company that could effectively communicate the health of the HVAC system. Table stakes were met. Showed up on time, were polite. Pulled a bait and switch, quoted coolant refill at ~300 on the phone during initial discussion, charged 450. Not pleased with the large difference, things cost what they cost, better to be up front expectation setting. Inspection provided no report. Discussed after to ask for the report and agreed there was a need to transmit the readings from the system, but received no follow up. Will update if I hear from them."

The company is so cheap about replacing malfunctioning equipment. My front door lock doesn't work and I have been working on getting a replacement for over a month. Still no luck. An appointment is not an appointment but I rough guideline to when someone may or may not show up. There are a lot of alarm companies and I could never recommend Vivint."
