"Angel and his crew were great. He was always talking us through all of our options that we had. They were very easy to get a hold of and replied quickly. I would definitely use them again."

"The only negative. Comment I have is that the initial price I was quoted was revised after I agreed to hire the company. The reason I was given was that a second person was needed to handle the large pantry cabinet which was the reason I needed to hire them in the first place â this need was obvious from the initial look into the scope of work."

"Our project was a 14' x 14' screened porch. We selected Scott SCS from other contractors based on the interview, his knowledge, understanding of the project, and communication skills. He improved our original design and made numerous suggestions during the construction process. He understood our vision of the porch and he delivered. From start to finish Scott and his work crew were always on time, polite, professional, and cleaned up the area before departing every day. I was on site watching and taking photos. So I can attest to the craftmanship and attention to detail of the crew. Every day I was informed of their plans and then I provided my thoughts, ideas, and concerns. We are extremely pleased with the finish porch and I would highly recommend SCS. They are a 10 in every category."

Builder-grade is one of two types of stock cabinets, whereas semi-custom designs allow homeowners some control over the color, finish, or hardware on their cabinets. Stock cabinets are sold in construction-grade and builder-grade designs. Construction-grade cabinets are usually made from inexpensive medium-density fiberboard, which is prone to moisture damage, whereas builder-grade models are a step up with higher-quality materials. Construction-grade designs are the most common type of cabinets in America.

While concrete walls do not need to "breathe" in the traditional sense of the word, they do require waterproofing and dehumidifying methods, particularly in basements below the water table. Concrete both contains moisture from its initial installation and can absorb water when exposed. Ensuring proper basement ventilation , installing a vapor barrier, and controlling water exposure are all important tasks.

Italianate architecture is a reinterpretation of Renaissance styles, combining elements of Italian farmhouses and villas with Victorian materials and construction. This home style emerged in the Victorian era, gaining popularity in the U.S. in the mid-to late-1800s. The style came about in response to what many then viewed as the too-rigid and stuffy Classical style designs.
