"Santo has now completed the replacement of all doors in our home. Which looks so beautiful and makes our home more up to date and provides such a clean look. Santo installed a new hard wood floor in our entire main floor level. He went to the flooring store to help us pick out the flooring and he was able to advise the flooring rep of exactly what flooring and materials were needed to complete the job. He built valances for our kitchen windows, patio door, and hung the new blinds for us which look fabulous. In addition to providing more storage space for us, he built a coat rack and shelf for my husband's hats in our basement. Saved us space and it looks great as well as being very functional. He built a covering made of wood and placed it around the base of our fireplace to hide speaker wires and it is simply beautiful. Santo is excellent in all that he does and is an expert woodsmen. He is very flexible and will work with your schedule. I HIGHLY recommend him for whatever your home repair needs are. "This was actually gregrout and reglaze service for residence, but was not a n option. This company is a scam. They promise the world but in the end only but bandaids on the problem. The one of managers "Shawn" of this company is a liar and unprofessional. When the regroutting was done there was some touch up work needed. They did not want to honor the warranty, when he sent a tech out. He just through caulk over the area. When I called to ask about this practice, I was told how lucky we were. Normally to honor the warranty they charge. The worst part is while in the home the snide comments to my wife. I would have given a 0 if I could. Update: The nature of the chalk and not actually was confirmed by another contractor who has to redo the entire job. The used the wrong cheap product. They did not remove the old grout and they used non silicone caulk."
