"This was actually gregrout and reglaze service for residence, but was not a n option. This company is a scam. They promise the world but in the end only but bandaids on the problem. The one of managers "Shawn" of this company is a liar and unprofessional. When the regroutting was done there was some touch up work needed. They did not want to honor the warranty, when he sent a tech out. He just through caulk over the area. When I called to ask about this practice, I was told how lucky we were. Normally to honor the warranty they charge. The worst part is while in the home the snide comments to my wife. I would have given a 0 if I could. Update: The nature of the chalk and not actually was confirmed by another contractor who has to redo the entire job. The used the wrong cheap product. They did not remove the old grout and they used non silicone caulk."
