"This is the second time we have used Rowland and the team at Dwell Renovations. We built a full addition for my mother in law. Kitchen, living room, bath, bedroom. We couldn’t be happier with how it came out and my MIL is unbelievably pleased. Rowland and all of the contractors, electricians, plumbers and tile folks treated the job like they were working on their own homes. They were patient with our hundreds of questions and requests. Rowland kept us in the loop every step of the way and met , or beat, every timeline. He always had great advice and a keen eye for the details."

"The team at Avstep were amazing. So friendly and helpful. They replaced our garage roof and helped us with joist work. They were right on time, were super efficient, and organized and cleaned as they were working. It was so nice to talk with them and were very upfront and honest. The whole job was explained in professional detail and gave us a quote for the job that we felt was very fair. The work started the next day and was completed in a day and a half. They are worth more than a simple 5 star. We will now be using them for the added work we are planning. You won’t be disappointed."

"For those reading these reviews, please notice that the positive ones are for very quick handyman type work, and then look at all of the negative reviews about no shows and the lack of quality work for longer term projects. We had an AWFUL experience with Robert building a deck. He stopped showing due to rain (same as many other reviews here), and after months of this, we finally fired him. We are now working with another contractor who is fixing MANY of the issues of his "craftsmanship" and paying thousands of dollars to do so. Please be warned about this untrustworthy business. "

He did a fantastic job and was a very clean worker. He was efficient, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. "Gary is the epitome of trash, he will use his job title of Fire department chief to persuade you that he is for the community and the people. He has not held up his end of the bargain and quite frankly i think he took advantage of my elder mom and crippled father. He fell short on nearly everything- he hasn?t come back to rectify any of the problems that were brought to his attention and at this time nearly everyone in my house hold is walking in the kitchen with shoes and slippers because the tiles he layed down are cracked and the grout didn?t last more than a month !! He has lied on several occasions and said someone would be here. I have went to his office on multiple occasions as i work across the street. His son told me someone would be back in a month to rectify. Nothing is more disappointing than putting your savings or hard earned money towards something faulty. Gary if your reading this i have absolutely no clue how you sleep at night "
