"Great. Mike was thorough, efficient, and listened carefully. He was very interested in figuring out what was wrong. My fireplace had been shutting off intermittently. Mike checked all very carefully, downloaded the instruction manual for my system, and we decided to see if his cleaning and realigning solved the problem. So far it has. If not, I will certainly ask for him to return and replace the suspected bad part. All in all, highly recommended."

He took some measurements and said he would fabricate the required parts in his shop and return later in the week. "I originally hired Al for a 2:00 p.m. appointment but he contacted us before 2:00 to let us know that he would be an hour late via the company phone instead he sent his son on time at 3:00 and he completed the work showed my elderly aunt how to use the scooter that we asked him to assemble for us he took a picture of my aunt on the scooter after he made all the adjustments and everything my aunt was very pleased with his instruction on how to use the scooter and all the different things to do with it as far as turning on the light adjusting the seat and the tiller and adjusting the armrest as well as putting the scooter in unlock mode to easily roll as a wheelchair if the power should fail she was very pleased with his patients and understanding of her needs and she spoke to me via phone as he wasn't giving her instructions she was very confident with him and enjoyed his company and I interned thanked him very graciously and I'm so glad my elderly aunt was pleased"
