I have been using Jenny's services every 2 weeks for about 10 years, and her staff has done an excellent job cleaning my home. Her staff is prompt, professional, and organized, and they always exceed my expectations. Schedule changes for vacations are super-easy, and customer service is outstanding. I would not consider using any other service to care for my home!

We would love the opportunity to show you how we really work. We did charge you our hourly rate. There was 3 ladies there for a total of 2.60 hours. The total amount of man hours spent is 7.80 hours. If you multiply this times the $40 per hour, the price is $312.00. You had wanted us to complete a “deep” cleaning on your downstairs. If you feel the quality of work isn’t up to standards, please reach out and let me know so that I can correct it for you or we can give you some kind of reimbursement. Again, thank you for reviewing our company and we look forward to hearing back from you so that we know exactly what we did wrong and can try to fix it. Have a great day!"

A great job, as always. I've been a customer of Jenny's for several years, and she hires great people. Usually three ladies come to do my monthly cleaning. They always arrive on time (within their "window"), and bring all their own supplies. I've also used Jenny's for additional Spring cleaning, add-on tasks, and window cleaning. They do a thorough job for a very reasonable price. Jenny emails in advance to remind customers of the next date, which I find very helpful.

I have been using Cleaning by Jenny biweekly for at least 5 years and am extremely pleased with their service. The ladies are very professional and always do an excellent job. My routine cleaning day is on Friday, but the company has been very accommodating when I have had to change the schedule. I use the deep cleaning service once a year in December so that I can relax during the holidays. Using Cleaning by Jenny has been a game changer for me.

All 3 team members were professional and were wearing masks throughout the service. We had a 3/2 house and they were very efficient completing within less than 3 hours. Although there was a minor spot on a floor missed overall the cleaning was excellent and attention to detail within the kitchen was great.

I hired Cleaning by Jenny several years ago to clean our windows and the high standards have not changed over the years. I was so impressed with the work that was done. Ashley and Taiana worked well together and made sure every window sparkled. They did a great job on every single aspect of the process. I haven’t seen the tracks look as clean as they do since the windows were installed. They arrived on time and cleaned up their supplies as they went along. I will hire them again and not wait so long to do so!

Jenny is very organized, kind, and responsive. She answered every question I had and worked with me to create a cleaning package that would best work for our home and schedule. I had Jenny's service in May to do a deep spring cleaning. I neglected to do a review at that time. I am so delighted with this service that Angie and her crew are back here again today for a smaller job. Jenny herself came for the initial estimate and suggested that based on everything that I wanted done that I might want to consider the hourly rate. This worked out better for me, and I was thrilled that Jenny was able to send a third person over for an additional couple hours when it was obvious that I had a lengthier list than could be done in the amount of time allotted. I like that all I have to do is have a list of what I want done ready. The ladies are flexible and work with me. They do a great job!!!! I gave everything the "white glove test" the last time they were here and could not find anything wrong. Since I retired I no longer have a cleaning lady on a regular basis, but I am so happy that I can pick up the phone and have Jenny's ladies come over. Angie is my designated team leader so even though she may have a variety of helpers, she is familiar with the house and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!

Fast responses and arrived within time frame. Cleaning was fair, but didn't seem spectacular to me (some obvious spots were missed). The didn't use shoe-covers like many other cleaning services. I don't wear shoes in my house and have to provide them with my own shoe-covers after they already walked through the house to first examine it. They asked for 2 large trash bags. I would think that would be something they bring with them. They spilled dirty mop water in the carpets outside the bathroom and down the stairs. These weren't just drips, but full-on splashes on the carpet. Thankfully they didn't use bleach or the carpets would have been stained and ruined.

We only have 1 customer that asks us to wear them and that customer provides them to us. Most of our customer’s allow us to wear our shoes inside their homes. This is the reason for us not providing them because there isn’t much of a request for us to do so. We guarantee our work. If you are not happy with services provides to you, please contact the office and we will have the crew come back to fix the items that were not cleaned properly at no cost to you. Our goal is to make you happy and if we didn’t do this we will want to try again. The crew did not mention spilling any mop buckets at your home. If you would like for me to come out and look at the carpet and clean the areas of concern for you, I will be more than happy too.
