Dexter and his assistant (I believe his name is Al) came at 09:30 for a 10:00 appointment, explained briefly what he was going to do and in what order, and then they went to work on moving items and starting their steam cleaning treatment on the carpets. Those carpets, which were steam cleaned when we first moved, and again around 12 or 15 years ago, very badly needed it. The carpets nearly look new! They worked hard to do an excellent job and we are very happy. Dexter was honest with all his dealings with us: this process, how it would work, timeline and cost. He did not attempt to upsell, which is, I can assure you, every bit the high praise any consumer knows it is. (I know salespeople love to upsell, but we never allow it. We know what we are getting into, and we do our homework before getting quotes.) He and Al did an impressive job on our carpets! Truly amazing. In the past, we used Stanley Steamers, but I?d recommend Dexter?s company, All Natural Carpet Cleaners every time.

Dexter and his work partner did an amazing job in cleaning the carpets in the house where I was moving out from. When I initially moved in here, another company had cleaned the carpets and it really didnâ t look like it had been cleaned at all.
