"We would HIGHLY recommend Kyree Coleman for all of your plumbing needs. We had a plumbing emergency where our toilet backed up and flooded our downstairs bathroom and hallway. In a panic, we contacted emergency Plumbers listed online. Len plumbing responded to Our home where they assessed our sewer line and confirmed that there was a blockage of rocks in the clean out pipe. They also advised that they did not have the proper equipment to remove the rocks and called in a â digging specialistâ . About an hour later their co worker â Dougâ arrived and also confirmed there was a blockage of rocks in the sewer drain that he could visibly see. Doug advised that there was no other alternative to remediate this issue other then having a crew dig up my front yard around the area and cut the sewer line to get to the rocks. The estimate he gave us was $7,300 for this service and further advised that the digging crew doesnâ t dig on the weekends so we would need to wait until Monday (this was Friday afternoon). We advised him that we needed to think about this as this is the first time we have ever had a plumbing issue and that was a significant amount of money that we would need to pay. Doug became pushy and wanted us to sign a contract immediately. My husband and I refused to sign a contract and stated that we needed time to make additional phone calls. Doug then left our home. He later called back arrogantly and advised he was still waiting for our call back. We were lucky enough to get a referral for Kyree and we were in contact Immediately. He was busy with other jobs but still found the time to fit us into his busy schedule. He was polite, professional and optimistic that he could help us. He arrived at our home later that evening and assessed the blockage. He advised that he was confident that he could manually remove the blockage and use his tools to remediate the situation without costing us thousands of dollars and stress of digging up our property. Within 1 hour and 17 min (lol) Kyree was able to dislodge 7 river rocks in our clean out pipe that was causing the blockage in our sewer access. He utilized the tools he had with him and our plumbing was fixed!!! We couldnâ t believe he was able to solve this problem so quickly and easy. The other company was a scam and didnâ t even try to manually fix the problem! They automatically went to the most intrusive and expensive way! Kyree saved us thousands of dollars because he simply did what any descent human being/business should do and that is to try the least intrusive approach first before such a drastic measure. "Scheduling was quick, the technician arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. They provided an estimate up front, and once agreed upon, proceeded to clear the window well drain pipe. Multiple wiffle balls later, they tested the drain and things were running well."

"Servicing was performed on time within the 1 hour timeline given. An email was also sent just prior to their arrival with the name on the individual performing the service. The Service lasted about 45 minutes. The filter was changed, the air handler ( in attic) was checked for clogging in the tray and was kicked on to ensure unit was working properly. The condensing unit was pressure checked for proper refrigerant level and the unit was brushed, washed and cleaned both outside and inside the unit. The shutoff was also checked and cleaned ( it was full of dead bees from last season). The service was part of a contract to clean and service but AC and furnace."

He got paid via Visa card and did the job. All done so professionally. Can't get better. I think he was little high in price but because its 5 degree F outside, its OK for one job."
