Matt and Mike were as professional as they come. Matt answered every concern we had and Mike had us laughing and light hearted through the entire process, he’s a character. Our water heater went out and we had an estimate and accepted their services within a day, the following day our new water heater was up and running.

They replaced valves, bled radiators, and more at my family's house last week. Even with a lot to work around and more to do than expected, they got the job done quickly. Thank you both! I read so many great reviews of East Philly and I can see why they receive such praise. My house had been closed up for a long time and I had a long list of plumbing and hvac issues. Tim and his assistant handled each so easily. They were very knowledgeable and quick. One task was to move laundry machines up half a flight and install them in a tiny closet. I was so happy they were able to that. The same day the HVAC crew came and were quite knowledgeable and helpful. The owner made sure to get my job in since I had a limited schedule and I really appreciated it. We will definitely call East Philly again if needed!
