When I had a specific question, concern or suggestion Greg or his crew chief listened and addressed each satisfactory. I was pleased with the solutions they brought to the work on matters I brought up with Greg during our initial talks. I understood the costs of any extra work arising from initial unseen work and they were fair. I have at least one more project for them to do and we'll get to it soon.
