We reviewed the scope of work and he went right up work. We had glass-based tiles that required a fair amount of cutting. "I really hate dealing with projects like this as I hear such horror stories from friends and neighbors. But it had to get done so..... Enter ABS Home Improvements. I could tell when I met Thomas that he was a pro's pro. Asked all the right questions and showed past examples of his work. Does not hurt that he has close to 50 reviews and all 5 stars. We hired Thomas, signed the contract and worked out the start date. From demo to touch ups I felt like I was in great hands. No delays that were not for good reasons. His guys showed up when they were supposed to, they were respectful, friendly and very knowledgeable. You just could tell he would not accept anything less than stellar work from his subs.
