Three years later, no resolution. He said I should insulate the attic to fix the problem. Three other AC guys agreed that I should do that, but all three said that the air coming out of the vents shoyks be 13 degrees less. I agreed to pay more money to fix it, at Ken's suggestion, just to put it behind me, then he ghosted me. He also did not install it to code. One of the AC guys who came to look at it said it was so bad, it should be completely ripped out. It took me three years to save up the money for the job. Do yourselves a favor: do not use Ken Clark."
