"I found Arctic Air Conditioning via the NJ Clean Energy website as they are a certified contractor for the NJ Clean Energy Home Performance Program. I researched the program before hand and knew that the energy efficient rebates (up to 4K) and financing (0% for 7 years) would be perfect for me. Arctic thoroughly accessed my home, this included examining the current equipment, calculating the size/area of the house, and took the time to discuss any issues I was currently having. The technician explained everything, answered all my questions, and let me know about the Home Performance program and how equipment has improved over the years. What I really like was that they didn't just want to replace my system, they took additional time to test my existing system to see how everything was working - this critical step showed that I was not getting enough return air for the system to run properly. Very quickly after the assessment I received their proposal which included a few different levels of equipment to match different budget levels. I also got quotes from two other contractors, but neither offered options, they seemed to offer standard packages regardless of the size of house. I chose to install a 96% efficient two stage HVAC system with 3 ton AC, a power vented 50 gallon high efficient water heater, an interactive digital thermostat with tons of settings/schedules/reporting, and adding additional insulation in the attic along with sealing any gaps/spaces in the attic floor. They also suggested an additional return to ease the system. Scheduling was effortless, and the workers arrived on time to begin the install. All the workers were excellent, they were nice, worked clean, installed everything perfectly, and they completed the job fast! I am very cautious with people working on my house, nobody cares as much about my home as me, so I was very relieved that these guys were total professionals. The new system is so quiet, looks good, and works perfectly. In the end, I am very glad I found Arctic, this project went as smooth as possible. I look forward to using Arctic to service my equipment in the future and have great confidence that they will continue to impress me... there is a reason that this company has been around for 41 years!"

"Kingdom responded on time with an accurate quote. When Nick arrived, 10 minutes early We proceeded to discuss what my plan was. This is where the great service began. I started out thinking I needed to replace fans in two bedrooms with new switches. I provided all the materials. Nick informed me I could return the wall switches I bought as the fans came with remotes and we could just use a regular switch because the switches I bought we not the correct type. First bedroom fan fixed. On to second bedroom. Nick informed me I couldn’t use an LED bulb in the fan as the fan wasn’t designed for LED. Problem solved. My wife reminded me we had another fan issue in another room. Nick checked the wall switch, changed dip switches and we agreed we would replace this fan with the now extra fan. On to outdoor lighting, I was mentally prepared to replace our outdoor light fixtures, nick tested each socket on our fixtures and identified I had a bad batch of bulbs. Just replace the bulbs and we will be good. At this point I am beyond pleased and start discussing the next few things on my longer term plans, including expanding the number of Ring products I have. One thing leads to another and Nick is off to Home Depot to get a couple Ring devices and the appropriate LED bulbs for our outdoor fixtures. A few hours later we have a new ring video doorbell pro and a ring floodlight installed and connected in my ring app. All new led light bulbs and detailed discussions about my next project. Attitude and quality of work were exceptional and I will be doing more work with kingdom in the future. I did not underpay, I did not overpay. I received great value for the work performed."

Generator running again 10 minutes later. GreenSun installed our Generator app.11 years ago and has been performing serrvicing yearly. Glen,Karen And the entire staff are the best. "I called Rick on Friday at 6:40am on a whim and he answered. He had a tech out to me by 11 am. I couldn’t believe it. The tech that came to me, was the most sincere and truthful person ever. They had to order parts and they actually got them over the weekend and another tech is here right now installing them. This tech is the same exact demeanor. Greatest group of guys possible. Not a bad bone in them. I will utilize there services and recommend them to anyone. Hands down great group of people. "

"A six circuit generator panel was installed instead of a ten circuit panel as was ordered and described on the receipt. Promises were msde to either add an adaptor to the 6 circuit panel or to replace the incoorect panel. When DeSanto fouud that there was no adaptor available, he offered to replace the 6 circuit panel with a 10 circuit panel at a cost of$360.,I am very unhappy with the situation we've been put in. The generator will not supply current to all of the important parts of our house. I am most unhappy with the original error and with the many broken promises since then."
