What was also important was that we had an electrician doing work at the same time and Joe worked harminously with him. Very accurate with the execution. The job (painting a whole apartment) took longer than expected but that's because Joe had much more patch work filling holes/ preparing walls. Joe took great care touching up the apartment to finish off the job. We spoke after everyday - he wanted to ensure that we were happy with the progress. Reasonable value - Joe's quote was very competitive but the differentiator was he used higher quality paints and would do 3 coats in some areas to get the finish he wanted. The apartment looks fantastic - thank you Joe."

A simple gutter replacement turned into a complete Porch roof replacement. Considerably more expensive. I could see the water damage myself so I didnâ  t feel they were being dishonest. He offered, for an additional $25, to use a pet neutralizer on the stains but I declined due to the limited quantity (2) and size of the stains. He offered, twice, to do my upholstery but the couches were new so I also declined that service. He wasn't pushy in offering and I would use him again depending on the non Angie's list deal price.
