As a single woman running my own home and being very particular.....it is extremely important to be able to discuss the job, hear all the details, and employ someone who is honest, honorable, well qualified, neat, and highly informed. I first hired Rob for the drain problem. He accomplished that efficiently and neatly at a reasonable price. We discussed options for a back up for the sump pump. Having a finished basement, I am always concerned about water. I have never lost electricity during a rain storm....but the possibility always takes up space in my brain. I have a portable generator....but I have to be home to start it. Today Rob arrived on time and installed the back up for me. It took the whole morning as he predicted. He explained how it all worked and it is a beautiful thing. I so appreciate knowledgable and personable service. I highly recommend Easy Flow Drain and Mechanical LLC for any plumbing needs. Oh....one more thing...he noticed a leak in my fairly new furnace exhaust piping. He pointed it out and gave me several possible reasons for the leak so I could intelligently discuss it with the company that installed the new energy efficient furnace. "Lisa & Saul's team did an excellent job in remodeling our apartment's 1.5 baths and refinished wood floors in a timely & very professional manner.  They were extremely timely with their workers and always cleaned up fully when each day was completed.
1st remodel was upgrading electric & plumbing in both bathrooms to current code.  They helped pick up our new cast iron tub for installation as well!  No issues with inspections and the process went very smoothly.  Once work began the progress went very quickly.  The end product when all was finished looks incredible.  We decided to have a soap box installed in our shower and one of the workers recommended instead of using all tile within the soap box that a marble saddle for the bottom of each soap box would look better.  We took his advice and went this route and couldn't have been more pleased with the way it turned out!
After the bathroom work was completed we hired Lisa & Saul's firm to rip up tile floor that was from our front entrance down the hall.  They ended up having to cut out all of the subfloor and put new bracing underneath and installed new subfloor as well new hardwood floor in the area.  After that was completed floors were sanded and stained a color of our preference.  All saddles were able to be cleanly removed and really left the final product incredible.
We would definitely recommend Platinum Carpentry!  We plan on getting our apartment doors replaced with new steel doors in the near future.

"I am so happy with the work Gleason Investments performed at my home.  First and foremost, Darnell (nicknamed "Aziz") and his crew did an outstanding job repairing the sheetrock in my ceilings after I had some extensive electrical work done in my condo in Hoboken.  I asked Aziz to make it look like "nothing ever happened", and that's exactly what he did.  My ceilings are smooth and look better than ever.  The quality of Aziz's work is outstanding, and I'm so glad I had the good sense to hire him.  It's also worth noting that Aziz is an extremely nice guy, and a true pleasure to work with.

"It went well. He came and try his plunger to unclog wish didn't do. He then took toilet off using snake wish was giving him problems knowing something in toilet stop snake going to end. Finally he got it unclog and showed me bottle of my wife make up causing problem.I had him replace inside tank flop. Before this I had ask wife did anything fall down and she said no. Now waiting for her come home show her makeup bottle that cause problem
