"We had an old home that had gotten too small for a growing family. We liked our neighborhood and wanted to remodel/add on. Matt (MTL Contracting) advised that it would be more cost efficient to replace the old house with a new modular home. He helped us from the beginning in planning out the home, letting us look at many Modular home plans from his supplier and from online sources that we found and letting us modify them to suit our needs. Matt delivered everything promised. We ended up with a very nice NEW house at far less cost than it would have been to move into a comparable one close to our neighborhood and without the headaches of updating old construction. At the outset, he said "I want to give you a TURNKEY house. Everything will be ready for you to move in" and that was what happened. Matt did a lot of the finishing work (front porch, garage, interiors etc..) himself in addition to subcontracting. We picked out hardwood flooring and he installed it, he installed the appliances we bought, tiled the bathrooms with our selection of tile etc.. In addition to building the house, he has stood by the construction and has made himself available when things needed attention (routine settling cracks, some siding that blew off in a windstorm etc.) We had a deck on the old house, and he managed to remove it during demolition and re-attach it to the new house. Later, we decided to remove the deck and put in a patio and MTL came in with a great price and put in a very nice Paver Patio. I would recommend MTL Contracting for your construction needs large and small. Great value and workmanship at competitive prices."

"After having done two bathrooms from Peter about 2 years ago, I needed my kitchen back-splash done and as usual Peter and Bob did an excellent job. Peter also corrected my double wall oven installation mess left by another installer by creating the right sized platform and cutting the back wall of the cabinet little bit to properly route the wiring to allow for fitting the oven perfectly with no gaps."

"I called in the am, and a tech was out that afternoon. Unfortunately after spending time troubleshooting, the lights were still not working. The owner, Omar, was then going to come out to work on it. Due to a mis-communication, I had the wrong day for the return visit. Omar came out and within a few hours was able to determine and repair the issue. Both people that came out were very professional and explained everything they were doing all along. Personally I thought the price was a little on the high side, but everyone I talked to after thought it was a good price. so my B on price would be a A for most others. The only negative I had was the online Angie coupon was not accepted. Said it was for larger, more expensive jobs. it should be labeled as so. Other than that, I would highly recommend them and would have no problem using them again in the future."

"It went very well. It was a pleasure working with Aziz and his team. There was a delay from my side in choosing the flooring. He gladly suspended the project and restarted as soon as I got my side done. Although his pricing was slightly higher than others I had taken quotation from, I chose Aziz as I felt he was more in control of his projects and most importantly he talks less and gets more things done :-)

"Weather Busters send a crew of three early this morning.  They kept busy removing all piping etc. of the oil unit and then installing a natural gas boiler.   They reinstalled all the associated piping and wiring.   When they were done they took the time (even though it was getting late) to check to make sure everything was working properly and explained the functions of different parts installed.  They left the booklets and all the information with me. I received a fantastic job again through Angie's List.  I recommend them to anybody installing a heating unit.   When finished, and without stopping for an evening meal, they cleaned up the work area very well.  I am overly pleased of the great job they did.  I joked with them by saying they will be paid with pennies.  But they are worth every cent I paid.  Thanks again The Weather Busters.
