"the end result is very good. The windows fit perfectly and the window wells allow more light into the basement. The new windows will eliminate drafts and loss of heat. 
Two minor things: the salesman did not leave or send me a copy of the contract, and he assumed all three windows were the same size. In reality, one window was bigger. So the larger window had to be custom made and the job finished on Wed instead of Monday. 
But, I am pleased with the job and would definitely use them again.
