I’m Sebastian I am a new electrician who gets my electrical certificate at the end of April. I have excelled through my program at Pennco Tech and I have really good skills in repairing and installing lights, switch’s, breakers, circuits, etc.

"They sent two very professional Electrician's who worked 9 hours without taking not even one break or a lunch.
They were very good, clean, worked well together, and presented themselves very professional.
 
As I said they were electricians and not carpenters. 
They had to cut into my wall to have the new panel fit and they
left a 4 inch gap by 12 inches long under the panel installation and they left the wall paneling unattached that surrounds the new electric panel.  The cut they made at the bottom is jagged and very rough.  I can visibly see all the wiring under the electric panel and behind the wall paneling.
 There are also two copper wires out in my back yard that are sticking up from the ground where they didn't bury them deep enough.  I am afraid my lawn service will run over them if I don't mark off that area.
 
I also have not received an invoice nor a receipt from either time they were at my house.  All I will have is my credit card STATEMENT.  This I know was my fault but I was still in a state of shock having to worry about a possible fire and where the money was coming from. 
That is why I gave them a C instead of an A.  Although they informed me the new panel was bigger and they had to cut, I just think they should have taken a little more time to measure and nail up the existing wall.
Today I see an offer on Angies List for the same service for half the amount they charged me.  I am certainly sure that I have been ripped off.
