"Took waaaay to long. 6 months, albeit, we started in late November but it was the nicest winter in history. Promise was late February for completion. I finally conceded in June that they had finally met all contractual obligations. There were several reasons it took so long from my point of view: not showing up when they say they are, poor workmanship requiring lots of rework (all caught by me, not the so called Project Manager), no dedicated project manager, unclear instructions/requirements flowed down to the contractors sent to do the work, company too focused on the next jobs instead of completing this one, etc..I could go on and on...Damaged my driveway and blamed the driveway even though I asked upfront if there would be any harm to it. "No we do this all the time" was the response. Damaged my neighbors lawn and I'm still fixing that. Overall, a bad experience. I'd rate them a "D" but they did eventually fix most of the quality problems. The rest I have, or will take care of. Cutting the ties with this contractor. Would not recommend."

"Mike was able to fit me in the same day for an estimate which surprised me because I'm sure a lot of people are needing his services with all the rain lately but he was in the area that day and came by. Although the company is a nation wide chain, its a franchise and a small business. He is an honest Vermonter with Vermont values which I appreciate. He gave me options but didn't try to talk me into something I couldn't afford and is doing the work within two weeks which I was also happy about being a very busy time for this type of thing."

"Our house's cinder block foundation is leaky in key spots and the recent monsoons meant some water got inside the house. Sean came out to inspect and quote. The plan was to remove a French drain to dig a trench, waterproof the foundation, and then put the French drain back. The price was reasonable plus he guarantees his work so that made us feel comfortable. His crew led by Hector, started work a week later by moving the French drain and digging a 5-6' deep trench around the offending area. They stuccoed and then waterproofed the foundation. When a couple of issues came up (as they always seem to in-house repair), Sean came over, assessed, and explained the situation and we agreed on the best way to proceed... and they carried on without missing a beat. Post-job care was good too as a few days after they were done, we had an issue with settling which caused the drain pipe to disconnect from the French drain. Sean and Hector came out to take a look and they put it right that day."

His inspection was thorough and he explained the situation so we could easily understand what was happening and what we needed to do to repair it. He and his crew then did a very thorough job repairing our concrete foundation that had cracked and was sinking due to problems with the subsoil, as well as leveling the concrete slab in our basement. He took care not to damage our property, and even maneuvered his equipment under our deck so we didn't have to remove it to complete the repair. "Overall we are very happy with the workmanship that was preform. In the past we have had our driveway resealed and both times it required two coats. Not this time, it required only one coat, you can tell after a few days of it setting up if it's going to need additional coating. My neighbor inquired as to who sealcoated the driveway I think he was kind of impressed himself he wanted the phone number so I gave him the phone number I haven't checked back with him yet to see if he called but he might be getting his done. We will definitely recall when we need it sealcoated again."
