Arta Foundation Repair

When I first met Stavros, he discovered damage that another company completely missed. His inspection was thorough and he explained the situation so we could easily understand what was happening and what we needed to do to repair it. He and his crew then did a very thorough job repairing our concrete foundation that had cracked and was sinking due to problems with the subsoil, as well as leveling the concrete slab in our basement. He took care not to damage our property, and even maneuvered his equipment under our deck so we didn't have to remove it to complete the repair. He and Athena genuinely care about their customers, and were empathetic and kind throughout what was a difficult experience for us as homeowners. I would not hesitate to recommend Arta to anyone who needs foundation work.

Stavros and Princeton did a great job correcting an earlier contractor's mistake. The mistake caused water infiltrating our basement under the bunker door to bypass the drain intended to catch it. Now, it's raining and the system is working the way it should. Good job! Nice to work with them. Will call on them again for other projects. We took a handful of their business cards to give to neighbors.

Only contractor who bothered to actually pull up some floor boards to see the situation under our floor before quoting. Also did a great job on our barn foundation.

Arta installed (4) 25' I-beams under my 20 x24 shed so that I could have it moved by a crane and placed on a foundation. My building mover was very pleased at the work they did by following his requirements exactly. Stavros was very accommodating to our schedule and needs. If we ever had need of his services again we would not hesitate to hire him again.

Contacted Stavros to look at what I believed was a crack in the foundation. Turned out it wasn't a crack but a pin hole leak in one of the pipes. Fortunately for me it wasn't a cracked foundation leaking water. Stavros refused any payment. I know if I have a problem in the future I will be contacting him!

Stavros and his team were excellent professionals. They scheduled an inspection of a crack in a concrete retaining wall, evaluated my foundation, and were able to schedule the repair within the same week! I appreciated that they both kept me well informed of the process, took pictures of their work, and gave me recommendations for a longer term solution. They were very respectful of my property (I noticed they were even careful not to track dirt into my house and flattened the earth where they had to dig to make the repair). They were also very prompt, worked hard, and made sure that everything was a great experience.
