"We worked with Erickson Construction for about an 8 week period. They were very flexible with their scheduling to accommodate back order situations with some of the bathroom fixtures we ordered that added 4-5 weeks to the overall timeline. Their suggestions about the layout, design and fixtures were very helpful. We were offered options with ways to cut costs and were advised when upgraded materials would save money in the long run.
Our overall experience with Matt Erickson and his team(the employees and sub-contractors all seem to be related -- a real Family business) was a pleasure in every way. The house foundation has some issues due to settling that caused some challenges with the walls, door frames, and finish woodwork. The carpenters had answers for all of the obstacles and difficulties that our house presented along the way. We are very happy with the results and are eager to share our experience with everyone who sees our new Family Room and 2nd Bathroom. The estimates were accurate and the quality of workmanship is of the highest quality. Their honesty and integrity made us feel like we were always their top priority. "I could not be any happier with the job max and Walterâ  s masonry just completed at my home in Worcester. My wife suffered a massive stroke in March and is currently confined to a wheelchair. I needed concrete stairs removed and the existing concrete walkway dug up and re-graded to better accommodate a wheelchair, then re-poured. I also needed a retaining wall built to hold back the newly exposed earth that resulted from the digging/re-grade. I had someone lined up to do this job but they bailed on me at the last minute. Luckily max who stepped in and did a masterful job, at a cost I could afford. I would highly recommend these guys in a heartbeat. They really bailed me out because my wife was literally trapped inside our house until those concrete stairs were removed and the new concrete ramp and retaining wall was completed. I was a guy who really needed a break and these guys delivered one. For that I will always be grateful."

"Our house's cinder block foundation is leaky in key spots and the recent monsoons meant some water got inside the house. Sean came out to inspect and quote. The plan was to remove a French drain to dig a trench, waterproof the foundation, and then put the French drain back. The price was reasonable plus he guarantees his work so that made us feel comfortable. His crew led by Hector, started work a week later by moving the French drain and digging a 5-6' deep trench around the offending area. They stuccoed and then waterproofed the foundation. When a couple of issues came up (as they always seem to in-house repair), Sean came over, assessed, and explained the situation and we agreed on the best way to proceed... and they carried on without missing a beat. Post-job care was good too as a few days after they were done, we had an issue with settling which caused the drain pipe to disconnect from the French drain. Sean and Hector came out to take a look and they put it right that day."

"Omar of Green Valley has been a gem of a find! Our brick patio is perfectly finished and leveled for appropriate water drainage. It’s a beautiful site. We always get compliments about it. Size is about 15x15. Omar and crew finished the job in about three days and he came back on the fourth day to make final touches and inspect that everything was in order. He also finished and painted our back stairs and doors. He patched up areas where the wood was cracked. It looks like new now and his pace of work was speedy too. I love that he always comes back the next day to tidy up and report on left over materials and checks in about satisfaction. In addition to Omar’s impeccable work he is also a lovely person that you’ll like having around. He’s a dedicated family man that has a kind a gentle disposition.
