"Our house's cinder block foundation is leaky in key spots and the recent monsoons meant some water got inside the house. Sean came out to inspect and quote. The plan was to remove a French drain to dig a trench, waterproof the foundation, and then put the French drain back. The price was reasonable plus he guarantees his work so that made us feel comfortable. His crew led by Hector, started work a week later by moving the French drain and digging a 5-6' deep trench around the offending area. They stuccoed and then waterproofed the foundation. When a couple of issues came up (as they always seem to in-house repair), Sean came over, assessed, and explained the situation and we agreed on the best way to proceed... and they carried on without missing a beat. Post-job care was good too as a few days after they were done, we had an issue with settling which caused the drain pipe to disconnect from the French drain. Sean and Hector came out to take a look and they put it right that day."

His inspection was thorough and he explained the situation so we could easily understand what was happening and what we needed to do to repair it. He and his crew then did a very thorough job repairing our concrete foundation that had cracked and was sinking due to problems with the subsoil, as well as leveling the concrete slab in our basement. He took care not to damage our property, and even maneuvered his equipment under our deck so we didn't have to remove it to complete the repair.
