Jane had a well thought out project plan, which enabled the work to progress smoothly.  The project was completed within the estimated window even with some unforeseen, yet necessary, plumbing repairs to the upstairs bathroom.

"The Kitchen Center came highly recommended by our designer as well as neighbors who had recently purchased kitchen cabinets.  We had an extensive renovation, including a new master bathroom and kitchen remodel.  Using quality materials that would endure the test of time in our new spaces was important to us, and after thorough comparison shopping we opted for Brookhaven cabinets from The Kitchen Center.   The Kitchen Center had a large selection of cabinet styles/ finishes, attractive hardware and convenient accessories.  We were able to find exactly what we had in mind.  The staff worked seamlessly with our designer. "George was wonderful to work with in the planning phase, very responsive, he answered all my questions as we discussed the install. I sent him photos of where the system would go and and he confirmed it would be a good fit. He arrived promptly on the install day, along with Dave who was also great, and they put in the system. About a half hour after they left, I discovered a leak from a small copper pipe and called George. He came right back to fix it which he did, but we realized it was not his work. Someone else had put in that section of copper tubing incorrectly. George was very kind and accommodating and fixed the problem. He and Dave were a pleasure and I really appreciated it and I would absolutely hire them again."

"The drain assembly on my bathroom sink gave out after twenty years or so, and there was no way I was going to be able to get the darned thing off without a hacksaw. So I purchased a "Big Deal" from Cuddy Bros. to put on a new faucet and drain. They showed up on time, wrested the old drain assembly off, and put on the new faucet and drain without a hitch. It went quickly and smoothly. Six months later the installation is still fine; nothing leaks. I am completely satisfied."

"Eddie came exactly on time and was efficient and competent. The only problem was that under one sink he left a substantial mess that I needed to clean. In fact, he got some of the sludge from the drain into one of the drawers in the sink cabinet and I had to wash everything that was in the drawer. It would have been helpful if he had asked for some newspaper to put under the sink and suggested that we remove the drawers before he began his work. One of the drains was easy for him to clear; the other (the one we had had trouble with) was much harder, but he did get the job done."

"I needed a new kitchen faucet installed.The handle was broken and water was leaking from under the sink and around the faucet. I purchased my own faucet after researching these on the web. I called Titan having used them last fall (found them through Angie's List) and had a very positive experience with them at that time.  I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly.
I received a reminder call the day before the appointment and a call the day of the appointment to alert me that the technician was on his way to the appointment (arrived as scheduled).
It didn't take long to identify that the old garbage disposal was leaking from a large, visible crack. I elected to have a new one installed at the time. The installation went very smoothly, everything was cleaned up and left in perfect condition.
Additionally, the technician whose name was Jared was pleasant, professional and competent.
I would definitely use Titan in the future for other plumbing needs.
Wasn't sure what the going rates are for prices for this type of service since i didn't comparison shop so I gave them an A.

"I can't say enough about Watchman Waterproofing and the owner Dave. I got a few estimates for a drain because of water coming into my basement and decided to go with this company based on speaking with the owner Dave (Great Personality) and a fair price. He was very through walking me through each step of the process and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I needed to have the work done as soon as possible as I'm in the process of moving and with all the rain we've had and the rest of the week was not looking good with more rain to follow. He told me they were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to squeeze me in for a couple of weeks.The other company could start in a few days and their price matched Watchman by a hundred dollars. The next morning I get a call from Dave and he told me they had a cancellation and could start the work the immediatley I was thrilled! The crew showed up and they were very professional from start to finish. Great Company and fantastic owner!!! Thanks Dave :)"
