These two are excellent to deal with, explaining everything they would be doing and checking in before leaving. Within short order things had dried up where paving could begin. When things were dry, the JY crew paved everything in a day, paying attention to the little details to assure that we shouldn't deal with a drainage problem again. The driveway looks amazing. While each company gave me the same estimate, Stan was the only one who went beyond a cursory measuring of the area and made suggestions for widening the driveway and other small improvements that would not have occurred to me. He showed up on time with his crew, and not only completed the job quickly, but was willing to make a few last-minute changes to make me happy. "Mr. Dolloff was prompt in his response to our inquiry into landscaping projects we were considering. He gave us a free estimate on several projects. The cost seemed very fair and we had him complete a quarter of the entire project ~ grooming a hillside with severe erosion and creating a parking area for 2 cars. The hillside is beautiful. Exactly what we wanted and better than we expected. The parking area was not what I would call satisfactory. But in all honesty, they completed both jobs on time but unfortunately it was just the day before we got all that heavy rain the weekend of October 21st. We are planning for him to complete the other landscaping we need down and he offered to clean up the parking area as soon as the weather settles down."
