"Roldolfo responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our immediate timeline. He was always on time, very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. His skim-coating around two newly installed windows was terrific, and he was kind enough to repair a few additional anchor holes we added after he had begun. That being said, my husband and I fixed several deficiencies with the painting we only noticed after he had left. In a few places, it looked like only one coat of paint was used on the walls and the trim, as a few spotty areas still showed some of the plain white primer underneath – as if the rollers were not sufficiently loaded with paint. It produced a slightly splotchy, uneven appearance close up. We touched up some drips on the radiators too. Once we added another coat of paint ourselves, in specific places, it looks beautiful. My husband and I wanted the job finished ASAP so we could put all the furniture back, so we did it ourselves...although based on his responsiveness Rodolfo would likely have offered to fix the problem areas if we had requested it. Personally I would not hire them again, but if you need a job done very quickly, he’s capable."

"Excellent. I purchased an offer via's Angie's list ($120 for 2 hours of work), and Frank emailed me within 2-3 days after the purchase to make an appointment. I only had time several weeks after that, and I did not contact him to reconfirm the appointment, but he came as arranged -- almost an hour late, but that was partly because he lost his way for a bit. When I called him to check whether he was coming I had to leave a message, but he responded within about 15 minutes of my call. I found Frank to be a very focused, meticulous worker, patient and a bit of a perfectionist. I thought he approached the work with great professionalism, intelligence, and care. For instance, when installing the ballet barre, he was checked and double checked the locations of the wall studs, consulted with me several times about the height and positioning of the barre, before finalizing the installation. When I pointed out certain imperfections in the window trim painting, he was quick to correct them, and to discover others that I had not noticed. Among the 3 handymen who have done work for me so far, I had by far the best experience with him."
