I won’t use them again. Poor customer service and inconsistent results. Last week they came to mow: mowed the front yard and not the back. My grass is now 10 inches tall. I’ve called three times, two different days, they never answered and never returned my call.

Their quick, basic repair job yielded better results than what I received. If Brian’s outcome had matched even that standard, I wouldn’t feel the need to leave a negative review. Perhaps his services are adequate for basic tasks like mowing, raking, or plowing. But for more substantial projects, I strongly recommend exploring other options. "Needed 7 trees taken down, 1 large beech, a pair of large maples, several dead tree trunks. Access was tight and limited space to drop trees into. McClure's brought a crane, squeezed it into the driveway, and parked the chipper truck next to it. They flew the cutter into the trees from the top down using the crane The cutter dismounted and tied the tree branches and trunk parts to the crane before cutting them off. The beech was behind the garage so the crane lifted the cut pieces over the top of the garage and house and set them next to the chipper. Loaded up the logs, chipped up the branches, cleaned the job site before they left. Job very well done and I will definitely hire these guys again the next time we need trees taken down."
