CRS Heating and Cooling

The entire experience was great and fast. Jim called me beforehand to let me know his exact arrival time and showed up within 15 minutes of his estimated time. He is very safety conscious and minimized the time he needed to be there, wearing a mask the entire time. While there, he also correctly adjusted the performance of my boiler which had been set way out of spec by Irving contractors and had been causing ignition issues for months. It now runs quietly and fully engages on the first zone demand for heat. The whole job took less than 3 hours.

We recently had a new combi boiler installed by CRS Heating & Cooling System, and we found that they do excellent work at a fair price. Bob provided quotes for different brands and patiently answered all of our questions so that we could make the best decision for our family in replacing our old machine. Cody is professional, skilled, and took the time to be sure that our new combi boiler was properly installed. We are so fortunate to have found Cody and Bob at CRS Heating & Cooling System, and we plan to call on them for all of our future heating and cooling needs.

We were impressed with CRS from the get-go, i.e. from the initial phone call to the actual completion of the job. Cody arrived at the appointed time to discuss our interest in installing 3 ductless mini-splits. He seemed very knowlegeable as he patiently addressed all of our questions. He also pointed out a few things that no one else had mentioned about the installation & location of the outside condenser. Since we were hoping to get the 3 Mitsubishi heads installed before our company arrived later that month, Cody & Bob were there the next week on a Saturday to install them. They put in a long day that Saturday, made every effort to protect any furniture in the area where they were working, and they cleaned up well inside & outside when they were finished. Cody came back to do the final testing after the electrician completed his part. He stayed to make sure we understood how the system worked with the remote for both cooling & heating. The cost for the job was as quoted and the work was scheduled and completed in the timeframe that was stated. My husand & I were pleased with both Cody's and Bob's overall professional and courteous demeanor! In November when I called and left a message, they returned my call that day and answered my question.

CRS did a great job , were very quick to find and make the necessary repairs. I was even more pleased with the cost. Very reasonable prices. If I have any issues with my heating or air conditioning CRS will definitely be my first choice for my repairs. 5 stars.
