Action was the only one to contact me of all the suggested companies. That made me even more suspicious! They were able to fit me in for the next day. Hmm, more hesitation. But I rested in Action's good reviews on HomeAdvisor and kept the appointment. I was so happy I did. Mike was fantastic. He was personable and extremely informative. He knows his AC and heat pumps really well. I look forward to having them back in a couple of weeks to clean my furnace and do some cleaning and troubleshooting on a Hearthstone gas fireplace. When one finds a company one can trust, well, stick with them and get what needs to be done, done. I am so happy to have done something so out of my nature, like trusting HomeAdvisor. "I called Gregg and he came out to survey the situation within a couple of days. He was hopeful that he might be able to bring the bathroom up to code without ripping out all the fixtures, but couldn't say for sure without actually cutting a hole in the wall in the room next door. About three days later he called to ask if his associate Donny could come out and take a look. I thought he was just going to cut the hole and then let Gregg make a final decision. Instead, Donny got the job done by mid afternoon. Not only that, he didn't leave a speck of dust even though he had to jackhammer into the foundation.
I am very pleased with the result and the price, to say nothing of the speed with which the job got done. I think it was less than two weeks from the initial call to finalizing the work.

As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."
