Swiftwired responded to my Homeadvisor inquiry within minutes of me posting it. They were on site for inspection and analysis the next business day. They corrected my miss-diagnosis and articulated a workable and extremely cost effective corrective plan on the spot. I contacted them on behalf of my church congregation. The fix they began to implement during their first visit is working now, at IT Service Levels far in excess of what we had seen theretofore. The church is in the process of initiating the next step in the Swiftwired plan. We will complete the upgrade with their help. What's not to like? If you have a security system or IT network problem in Central New Hampshire, do yourself a favor and call Swiftwired.

I found Swiftwired after frustrating experiences trying to get ethernet wiring done by the tech team of an electronics retailer and then with an electrician. They were unreliable, not capable and overpriced to boot. So it was such a relief when Austin from Swiftwired took my call, quoted a reasonable fee, and showed up on time the next day. He did a great job wiring up and testing 5 Ethernet ports in my house and even labeled them at both ends. Working with competent, trustworthy, and professional people like Austin is such a pleasure. The icing on the cake for me was supporting a great local business and a veteran. If you have any kind of ethernet or security camera project, just call Swiftwired- they're the best I've found and I'll be using them in the future for my home and business locations.

Austin is very professional in how he approaches his work. My Ella mount project was not one that he does all the time. The bracket is a pull down so it has its own quirks. Austin worked each issue to resolution. He also handled me very well. I had questions that he answered with patience. I would recommend Austin to anyone needing his services
