The water was not going down in our toilet. We used a plunger and a snake without success and it was backing up into our bathroom sink and causing our kitchen sink to, for want of a better word, â gurgleâ . He originally asked if he could come in the evening which was definitely fine with us. He called me back shortly after weâ d ended our call and asked if he could actually come right then. OF COURSE! Fixed our problem and wasnâ t too costly for the work he did. Basically guarantees his work. Says if we have a problem within the week, he will come back at no charge. Within a month? Discounted rate. Great, great guy!"
