At our request, Nick, the arborist, explained what work needed to be done to which trees - and gave us a realistic time frame about when the work could/should be done. We did have to have some trees removed immediately, and the work was done over a three day period. The yard was left in very good condition - no "dings" or ripped grass. Very impressive!
