"The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."

We needed to change to different size shutters after the initial order, and also with the new siding there were some unanticipated dimension changes due to how the house was constructed and the new layer of insulation below the siding; Universal helped us work through options and accommodated the changes we settled on seamlessly. We also discovered a few issues after the installation was complete, and everything was corrected without any dispute and to our full satisfaction.
