"These guys did a great job. Our deck has a lot of railings and posts, and it is a bit of a pain to power wash; but they cleaned it down to the last rail. They even did the grill cover and mat. They also got rid of all the tree sap and drippings on the fencing. They were a couple of minutes late because they got caught up in rush hour traffic, but they made up for it by power washing some things that were not included in the original estimate at no additional charge. Their pricing was competitive with all the other estimates I got. Definitely recommend."

Percival Remodeling LLC is a family run business and has been in business since 2014 serving most of Rockingham and some of strafford counties. We welcome small jobs from changing door knobs, disposal solutions, and branch pruning away from the house to larger jobs such as full remodels, additions, and garages. We carry general liability and workers comp insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request. We take pride in our work and the materials we install. We also offer disposal services. Also, we do not service mobile homes, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

One window was initially not perfectly closing, although very well leveled out. The company followed up immediately, came back and fixed this issue: one side of the window had a bit too much insulation between frame and wall. This slightly curved the right side of the window frame. They removed some of that insulation and the problem was solved. All team members very friendly and took the time to answer my questions and explain things. This work was done and to the standards I'm mostly used to from living in Germany. I'm glad whenever I see this kind of quality. Custom Projects is one of the companies I highly recommend."
