Firom the initial contact with customer service to set up my move they were very professional, answering all my questions even after calling them multiple times. Unscrew and remove furniture legs if possible. If it’s not possible, then run the straps parallel on the inner side of the furniture legs. Never put your straps on the outer side of legs where they can easily slip off.

Moving a furnace a few feet is probably no big deal. Moving it into a different part of the house is a different story.
