Sub-contracted my job to a local painter which I knew in advance that they would do. He did a good job and was very courteous. CertaPro was the lowest estimate and they stuck to their quote. They also offered extended financing at 0% interest which was a plus. Overall, I am a satisfied customer.

The painting contractor that CertPro hired (Adonay Painers) to paint the exterior of our house was very sloppy. They were hurried and only corrected specific issue that were pointed out; there was no effort to correct all discrepancies (i.e. hammering back in nails, overpainting of trim paint onto the main house color, missed spots or areas, etc.). Also, they did not adequately prepare bare-wood areas, such as window sills and trim, prior to painting. I am sure I will be calling them back next year to fix this under warranty. CeraPro listened to my issues; but,was ineffective is communicating them to the contractor or having them fixed.

Plus: Strong pre sales communication and documentation. Flexible scheduling to meet our needs. Courteous painters. Comparable costs to other proposals. Cons: Some prepainting prep work wasn't done and required them to comeback and fix. They did come back and resolve at a later date. Without this issue, I would have given them 5 stars.

This was the most professional service business I have ever dealt with. Beginning with Serge's immediate price quote to the most meticulous paint job (walls, ceiling, all trim) in 2 VERY large rooms done in record time, and by the nicest and most professional crew! Before contracting with a painting company, I researched area contractors, invited quite a few to look at the job, quote and talk to and looked at referral houses. Certa Pro was not the highest, nor lowest, price; however, I chose them after looking at the job quality of the referral houses. The workers were very nice and courteous and cleaned up completely after each day. My only complaint, and it is small, is that they didn't do the final cleanup satisfactorily. There were many paint scrapings we had to clean up and many paint drippings. I also had paint from their shoes on my hardwood floor and family room carpet. Overall though, I am extremely happy with this job and would refer anyone to Certa Pro.

We had the entire addition sprayed with primer and the ceiling primer and painted. There was a lot of sanding required after, and a lot of touch-ups that needed to be made to the "finished" ceiling which was disappointing. Nex time we will use our local guy who cost a tiny bit more but does significantly better quality work. Will not use this company again... :(
