Then, I was contacted by Power agent via phone to move up install date since windows had arrived earlier than expected. They said they would call the night before to confirm but then did not. I received a call from them on the morning of installation saying that someone had called in sick so it would need to be rescheduled. Luckily, I was off the entire week and they were able to schedule the install a couple days later (at my convenience). If I had taken a day off for the install, this would have been a problem rescheduling.. The lead worker and his assistant were very nice and professional when they arrived promptly at 8am on the rescheduled date. They laid down drop cloths and were able to answer my questions."
