"The representative was very friendly and offered some alternatives for the chimney. However, his quote was the second best for the cap at $275 and the cleaning was quoted for $275. I decided to put off the cleaning for now and have just the cap replaced. Went with a different person for the cap."

"Steve was fantastic! We brough in paramount to provide a quote for removing and replacing an old cast iron dampener. We had another company come out and provide us a quote on a basic chimney sweep and they recommended we replace the dampener (which was expensive) because they could not get the dampener open to clean the chimney. When Steve from Paramount came out to provide the quote, he informed us we would not necessarily need the new dampener, opened the existing one and cleaned the chimney.
