"I called at 8pm on Friday he was here 7:30am Saturday morning. We moved in and found out our well was no good and that we needed a new septic system. Plus some work inside that we knew about. "Price seemed a bit high for such a small job, but they could do it the same day. They did come down on the price when I agreed to get it done today. However since then Iâ ve noticed that the mortar in the patched area is nearly flush with the brick face, whereas the other mortar (the whole rest of the wall) is set quite deep in. The patched area really stands out as a patch. They didnâ t match the mortar depth to the rest of the wall. Iâ ve repainted the entire hearth to see if that helps, but itâ s still quite noticeable. Not impressed. Lesson learned."
