"I got in touch with Marshall initially to go over what I needed. It was weeks later and he never called me back. It was kind of awkward trying to get a hold of him. He finally showed up to do the work. He came when I was not home, so I am not sure what he did. I know he did replace a shingle, but other than that I do not know what was done. The shingle wasn't as secure as I would like it to have been. Marshal wasn't organized and the roofing plan was not concrete."
