After meeting with Jose, we didn't hesitate to sign a contract immediately to get the work done. One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors. Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied. From Cat Vaillancourt and Mary Kay Macfarlane in the office to Jose to Paul, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. Their emails often include the signature, "The Team at Vaillancourt Roofing" and it's obvious that they truly are a team. "I was plagued with recurring ice dams in a few areas of my roof. After investigation, it was discovered that the insulation in a few visible areas was sub-par. Roland came in and quickly spotted the problem areas. He assured me that the could fix these problems immediately. He used a combination of rearranging existing batts, blown-in fiberglass and spray foam to seal the attic space, over the course of two visits. He's extremely personable and always called me back or answered the phone right away."
