"We are extremely happy with our new roof. The crew manager Jeremy was diligent about how things were going and done. He answered any and all questions we had. His crew worked extremely hard in extreme heat. We don’t have any trees near our roof so they were in the sun all day. They never slowed down they kept a steady pace. They were at our home 2 days, they worked cash a team to complete the job and the clean up was done with precision each day. People going by we’re impressed with the professionalism of your company and of an amazing job. One of our neighbors is interested in your company doing his roof. The job turned out more difficult than we thought it would be but Long Roofing made me feel comfortable and reassured that they would fix everything. Everyone involved from the salesperson to customer service listened to our needs and treated me with respect. The roof looks amazing. "Very kind, respectful and polite. Had an extremely good knowledge of all that needed to be done for the job. Very thorough. Three other companies previously came to look at our roof but only looked at it from the ground. For whatever reason, we never heard back.
