As a cancer survivor undergoing surveillance scans, the refund would greatly assist in covering my medical expenses. In addition to this, I had to hire a lawyer to recover my down payment, which cost me additional money. Moreover, he did not offer to compensate me for the extra expenses, including hiring an electrician to install a wire for the heat pump he could not install.
