TOLLY LANDSCAPE INC.

Working with Tolly landscape was the best decision we made this year. We've referred over 5 friends and family to Christie Collins who headed up our front yard project. Christie has such a sense of pride about her work and she cares so much about the finished product. She was terrific at communicating progress and even added in extra elements to our finished product that we weren't expecting. From design to implementation, they do it all and made it easy to have all components of the project taken care of by one company. I included the before picture which shows the privacy gate and hedge and large amount of concrete they took out and the after photos of the finished product with custom fence and new concrete, new stone steps and column to match the existing stone, new low maintenance plants and grass. We couldn't be happier with the work she and her team did. Thank you for going above and beyond. We will be using our front yard daily with our family and enjoying the beautiful landscape design.

There were some lapses in communication between the time I signed the contract and the work was begun, but after that, I got answers to all my questions.

It went ok but they sent one person out to bid the job and not much of what was spoken ended up on the contract. Mom who is 80 signed but didn't quite get what she expected. Bricks were supposed to be laid out around flower beds and because it wasn't on the proposal they did it as a courtesy but it looked very unprofessional. But they did do it. The grass they put in we found out later was cheap grass. Oh well it is what it is. It's been probalby 6 months now and still haven't seen the grass turn completely green. Aparently it will die out over the winter and hopefully come back green next spring. They were ok but wouldn't hire again.

The work went well. The crew was here when planned. The crew were courteous and answered my questions. The work involved installing plants, mulch, lawn and rock border. They made a change to the flow of the rock border that improved the overall flow. The work was completed timely, including a rain delay, and professionally.

Well done within our schedule deadline.

Tolly did a great job, researched what plants would do best in our area, worked with us to place the plants, Jeff Tolly was great to work with and knows quite a bit about different plants.

I liked how thorough they were with investigating the issue with my sprinkler system. I have used them several times and plan to continue to use them. Everyone that they send has been absolutely wonderful. They're professional and personable to work with.

I would use them in the future.

Jeff was amazing. He is prompt with emails and phone calls. Finished the job quickly and helped us figure out what to plant.

Jeff, the owner?himself came out the same day and quickly fixed the problem.?? Now the fountain works well and?looks great!? I would definitely, without hesitation,?use them again given their professional work, good communication and reasonable prices.?

Everything went great. I didn't have to worry about a thing as the team was very organized and delivered on plan. When I wanted to make some last minute adjustments the team was very happy to accommodate me and did so swiftly. The team ensured there was good customer satisfaction - it was a pleasant relief to some other (possibly lower cost) landscaping companies that I have used where you just weren't happy with the end result. The crew was also great at leaving the premises clean every day and very polite.

Jeff and his staff were professional. He was knowledgeable and listened to our wants and concerns. He was patient and willing to work with us on design. We are very happy to have a waterwise yard that isn't the same as the neighbors.

Initially, I thought the price of the contract was excessive, but after seeing all of the work they did, I think it was a good value.  Jeff and his teams worked hard to satisfy the customer and accommodate the adjustments I wanted as the work progressed.  Pedro did especially good work.

We recently had new landscape completed (not by Jeff) and since everything was dying, we had Jeff come out to give us advice and take soil samples.

He was very knowledgeable and knew what each plant needed: some were under-watered, while others were over-watered.  He also explained why certain plants were dying from partial sunlight when they should have been in the shade.  He took his time to explain to me how it worked and what caused the problem.

I would DEFINITELY use him in the future, but unfortunately he only does new installations...

Two years later, my husband noticed what he thought was a leak in the sprinkler system and called Jeff . Jeff came out and determined there was a leak that was probably caused by the ground shifting or perhaps a small quake. He fixed it at no charge to us, he really stands behind his work even two years later ! We were pleased with his original work and really pleased with his follow up. We would not hesitate to hire him again or to recommend to him to others!

This is our second job with Jeff, Brett and the team - like last time, first class experience all the way.

We had multiple bidders on the project, and Tolly was competitive throughout even as we modified the scope several times

Initiating the project took some time, but the delays were on our side as we waited to get the approval from the turf removal program from the city. Tolly was very accommodative with their busy schedule as we negotiated slipping start dates.

The team was very respectful and tidy throughout as we have several small children and they were sensitive to this. The team communicated well as questions came up throughout the project. They had good ideas but also open to listening to ours.

In selecting plants, Jeff took time to walk with us at the nursery choosing based on our interests but also provided valuable feedback regarding regional hardiness, etc...

Project finished on time, project finished on budget. There was a minor scope change that we initiated with one of the subcontractors, which resulted in a miscommunication on the pass-through pricing. We agreed to split the difference with little fanfare, very well handled.

I definitely recommend them and I would definitely work with them again.

We interviewed 5 other company's before choosing Tolly. When we choose Tolly we felt that they really understood our Goals and expectations. It was a 3 week project. The same crew came everyday at 7:30 and worked till 4. They were focused and worked hard and were very professional. During the day they were very accommodating we hardly knew they were here. At the end of the day everything was left neat and orderly. I can't say enough on how easy it was to work with them. We discussed design here at the house. Then we set up an appointment to pick the rocks and plants and the work began the next week They truly met our expectations. the real testimony to their work is by the number of people that have stopped and asked who did the work
