Ron's Plumbing Service is absolutely first class!!    We have used them for everything from emergency situations (mouse chewed through plumbing lines in the kitchen ceiling) to annual maintenance on our heating and cooling system.  They are incredibly responsive and they are true professionals in every interaction we've had with them.  In addition, they stand behind their work and do not try to price gouge.  We are happy to give them our highest recommendation --- and to recommend them to our closest friends!

We have been customers of Ron's for 10 years.  They have installed a gas line, serviced our A/C, replaced a furnace, replaced outdoor faucets, and fixed our uneven toilets.  We have never been disappointed.  Service is always excellent and the price is fair.

Service to air handler was incomplete and left dirty and with a leaking condensation line. Contractor arrived on October 27th after I sent a detailed full report of work that need to be done from a home inspection including full service - The condensation drain pipe leaks in the attic/crawl space. - Rust/Corrosion was found on the evaporator coils and frame housing-- Recommend evaluation for leaks and repair - The cooling fins at the heat pump or air conditioning condensing unit were dirty. - The air handler blower & blower housing are dusty/dirty. A re-inspection of the unit by the home inspector found the - the air handler blower & blower housing are dusty/dirty, the condensation line unrepaired, and outside insulation line defective. I called for return service to correct the problems on a Friday and the owner was in denial his worker did this. He said I would be contacted. Two days later--no contact. I sent a text message--no response. Final walk-thru on Monday and I now must get a qualified contractor back to do the same work I already paid this company to do.

They charged $175 as a combination of a trip fee and diagnostic fee, which seems too much because we told them what the problem was. They took a long time to do the repair because they needed to send someone to buy some hardware, and the first time he went he came back with the wrong part, so he had to go again. They were pleasant and they seem to have done a good job on the repair.

The bathroom shower leaked incessantly so I tried a Universal replacement kit for our Delta unit.  When the replacement did not work with our current set up, which was too outdated, I called Ron's Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning of Hampton. The existing plumbing had to be modified and new upgraded fixtures were installed.The personnel were prompt, courteous and efficient and the price was great.  I highly recommend them!

Ron did a fantastic job! He was on time, worked quickly, was professional and friendly.

We used Ron's for the ten years we lived in Virginia and continue to use them to service the heat pump at our rental property. They are prompt, efficient, communicative, and professional. We always felt comfortable with their services and they were always on call when we had problems. In 2006 our heat pump shorted out our electrical panel and needed to be replaced. Ron's came right out to replace it and we had a wonderful system after that. They are top notch.

He was recommended by a friend of mine. I was told that he was very honest and did excellent work and that he was prompt and available. He turned out to be all those things. He was an old gentleman in his late 50s or 60s and knew what he was doing. He knew quite a bit about my questions about things. I live quite a distance from him but he was willing to come here and do the work. He was prompt, knowledgeable and reliable.
