"McBriens Fire & Flue helped us out big time!!! We paid a contractor to put in a fireplace liner, and the house filled up with smoke when lighting a fire in the fireplace when it was completed. Called the contractor back and he will not return our call. We called McBriens Fire & Flue that we found on the BBB. Omar and Crew did an amazing job!!! They told us the liner that was put in was too small. Omar assured us that when they are done putting in a bigger liner we will not have a problem. When McBriens Fire & Flue was done putting in the fireplace liner we were not sure it was going to work. Omar stayed and lit a fire in the Fireplace and tested and proved it was good!!!! We feel so Happy and Safe now! I wish we had looked at the BBB first when we found McBriens Fire and Flue Thank you Omar. We will recommend you!"

"I think when Eric walked in and saw that my pellet stove that he had never seen one like it. I have a Piazetta and they are not that common. Well he pushed on did a great job with the flue (for some reason I can't get the flue pics to post). This job was a little bigger than he thought as you have to remove ALL the panels to get in the unit to give it a thorough cleaning, and trust me it's not in an easy spot. He removes all the panels and cleaned it up real nice. Looks great, works great! I think they need to add a few thing to this app so small businesses know what they are going to be working on so they can understand what they are getting into. Thank you"

They were super honest about the condition of our chimney(it’s in really good shape no work needed), so I trust them with the replacement of our liner. "I met with Gary in October to discuss adding a granite cap to my outdoor fire pit. The original fire pit stone and mortar had deteriorated. Gary was able to work with a stone quarry and have them create a round sold granite cap to go over the existing stone. The granite was delivered and placed on top of the pit today as he had to drive a truck across my lawn and we wanted to be sure the ground was frozen. He will return in the spring to finish the work by applying mortar under the granite and he will also do some stone wall repair at that time. While this project has been long and slow, Gary always quickly responded to my text and phone messages. The cost was more than I would like, but material costs are very high everywhere right now. I will definitely work with Gary again."
