"Omar and his crew of brothers did an excellent job. Not only did they clean my chimney, they also replaced chimney liners for my wood boiler and also my oil burner. They did this all in the first service at my home. They removed and replaced professionally my unsafe liners immediately after informing me that the liners were unsafe. That is what I call excellent service. I didn’t have to try to sleep one single night knowing my heating liners were unsafe. "The technician was eight hours late. It was 7 p.m. when he and a helper arrived. Neither one had any idea how to clean my wood stove. They dismantled it, including tearing down the catalytic converter. They lost bolts. When they were "done," they put stuff back in without bolts and all the catalytic plates fell out. The stove is now unusable in the dead of winter. The parts will cost $1200 plus a service call from a qualified technician, which is almost impossible to get without booking a month in advance in this weather. This order will cost me $2,000 at the rate it is going. This is a horrible company. Will not return calls or address damage. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I don't care if a veteran owns it, they do awful work, are ignorant and have no respect for customers or their property."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Recently we had three double windows replaced by Home Partners. The carpenters did a good job but there was a major problem with the project manager. He ordered the wrong size windows, that he himself measured, and instead of replacement windows ordered new construction windows. This resulted in increased costs to us for reframing and for having to replace the custom shades that no longer fit. Just a very bad and costly experience. While they claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed, they were not willing to assume any responsibility for an incompetent project manger. Would not recommend and will never even consider again."
