"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

"Lenny and Lisa are great. During the demolition phase, Lenny took great care to cover our hardwood floors and cleaned thoroughly while removing the countertops and backsplash which really helped to keep the dust level down. Lisa recommended vendors for our granite, tile backsplash and sink - they were all so helpful. We have never done a kitchen renovation before and were a little anxious about the process and making choices. Lenny allayed our fears and was spot on with suggestions. Lisa was always available for communication and answering questions. The sub-contractors were all excellent, personable and professional. The whole job was finished ahead of schedule which allowed for our 18 month old granddaughter to come for an earlier visit! "We hired Nashua Siding and Windows to replace our existing wood exterior with vinyl siding in the spring of 2020. Right from the initial quote Frank (owner) was upfront, honest, fair and very informative on the scope of the project and the details of this type of job. Frank’s quote was very reasonable and inclusive of all finishing details with no hidden costs or up charges. Being homeowners with little knowledge of the vinyl siding process prior to this project we had numerous questions and concerns. Frank not only responded immediately to all of our inquiries but he also took the time to really explain the process and make sure we understood all of our options (especially during the color selection process). Once the job started the Nashua Siding and Windows crew was very respectful, hard working and detail oriented. Any areas of concern were brought to our attention (minor plywood rot under existing wood) and handled immediately as they truly were making sure the work was “done right” to avoid any future concerns. The guys on the crew were all very polite, positive, and respectful of our property often working long hours and making sure the worksite was organized before leaving each night. At the conclusion of the job Frank and his team also took the time to ensure all debris was removed and everything around the property was returned to its original state. I would absolutely recommend Nashua Siding and Windows for a vinyl siding home improvement project.
