New PVC to the sewer line, new extra tap for the vent I'll need next year, re-routed old drains to not only look better, but everything is now tighter-knit and well-organized. Even threaded rods to bracket the drain and valve so that the whole system doesn't shake when it shuts off. I am thoroughly impressed with the focus, the time, and the result. John made at least three visits to view the site, discuss options and sent pictures of similar projects. This assured we agreed on what would be done up front so there were no surprises. The granite blocks for the wall were carefully placed for the right look by individually hand splitting, sawing, or grinding for a custom fit. There was extensive work behind the wall to back-fill with stone and even anchor the large end posts with rebar to allow good drainage and stability. This type of detail is impressive since it is all out of sight behind the front blocks and will never be seen, but it will help assure the wall lasts for a long time to come. The same type of attention was given to the positioning, leveling, base preparation and placement of the brick walkway. The project was finished off with a layer of dirt/loam to allow plantings around the hardscape. John and Cory were easy to work with and stuck to the original estimate. Any potential changes were discussed and an estimate provided so we could decide whether or not to include the change. We are 100% satisfied with the outcome of this project. John F."
