Helped trouble shoot a broken boiler for my in-laws and once he saw it he highly recommended replacing the boiler. I knew this was not an up-sell as the boiler was in very rough shape. While the new boiler was obviously more expensive then the repair, the price quoted for the boiler, burner, install, and removal of the old system was very fair - too good to pass up and risk throwing good money at bad with a repair on a 20+ year old boiler. Contacted them on a Monday, Brian showed up on that Wednesday to assess the situation and the new boiler was installed and running by 5 pm Thursday. He kept me in the loop through the whole process even though it was my in-laws boiler install. He also took the time to evaluate the size of the house and recommended a much smaller boiler - the existing one was way oversized and therefore over-using heating oil."

"I called NRG Management and talked to Andrew around 9:30 AM, he was in my town by 11:00 AM. My heating system had seen the end of a 30 year run, and my family was without hot water.
